Confirm details with
removal company. |

Arrange to pick up the keys for your new house, this should
be 12.30pm or call the people you are buying from to make
sure they plan to vacate by this time.(often if people are
not using a removal company they hire a small van which quickly
fill and cannot empty until completion has taken place! this
is to be avoided)
